[Also in Division B1] A fluid filter, e.g. for use in small convection-cooled electronic apparatus, comprises a ring 2 of resilient material, e.g. rubber or polythene, having embedded therein the marginal part of a panel of filter material 1, and a resilient flange 3 having a groove 5 therein. In use, the resilient flange 3 is forced into a hole in a support 6 until the part of the support surrounding the hole is received in the groove 5. The inner periphery of the flange 3 may be smaller or larger in diameter than that of the ring 2. A resilient sealing washer may be interposed between the ring 2 and the support 6, Fig. 4 (not shown), and the flange 3 may be split lengthwise at a plurality of spaced points.
