977,313. Dispensing fluent solids. KENYON SON & CRAVEN Ltd. May 4, 1961 [March 18, 1960], No. 9648/60. Heading A4T. Edible nuts stored in one or more containers 1 flow by gravity to fixed dispensing receptacles 11 from which they may be dispensed by scooping, the nuts in the receptacles 11 being heated e.g. by one or more electric lamps 12. As shown the dispenser comprises a pair of semi-cylindrical containers 1 from which the nuts flow through openings 3 into separate dispensing receptacles 11. An advertising sign 14 may be supported above the containers. The base plate 8 may have a plastic beading or may be covered with heat insulating material to prevent damage to the supporting surface.
