Abstract

976,761. Constructional toys. BERCO LUX N.V. Nov. 8, 1961 [Nov. 11, 1960], No. 39924/61. Heading A6S. A toy building element comprises an opensided box-shaped hollow body, the outer face of a wall opposite the open side being provided with one or more projecting studs and at least one partition, of resilient material, at the open side of the body inclined at 45 degrees between two opposite walls and integral therewith to receive a stud of an adjacent similar building element between itself and a wall of the body or a further partition to be gripped resiliently therebetween. The hollow building block has spaced studs 9, 10 and inclined partitions 13, 15. The partitions 17, Fig. 4, may comprise intersecting members 17a, 17b. One or more longitudinal partitions 18a may also be provided.
