Abstract

The following alloys (compositions are by weight) are used in the manufacture of semi-conductor devices (see Division H1): 81.5% cadmium, 18.5% zinc; 67 parts tin, 33 parts cadmium, 2 parts zinc; 92 parts tin, 8 parts zinc, 5 parts silver; and 80% tin, 20% silver.
