Abstract

Herbicidal compositions comprise a compound of the formula <FORM:0966283/A5-A6/1> wherein R and R11, which may be the same or different, stand for hydrogen atoms or heterocyclic radicals or aryl radicals, which may be substituted by halogen atoms, or alkenyl or alkyl radicals, which may be substituted by halogen atoms or amino, alkylamino, dialkylamino, nitro, hydroxy, alkoxy, carboxy or carbalkoxy radicals, R1 stands for a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or haloalkyl radical containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R111 stands for a cyano, acyl or -NHCN radical or a heterocyclic radical containing 5 or 6-ring atoms, e.g. pyridyl or morpholinyl, or an aryl, aralkyl or cycloalkyl radical, which latter radicals may be substituted by halogen atoms or alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxy, carboxy, carbalkoxy, nitro, amino, alkylamino or dialkylamino radicals and Y stands for an oxygen or sulphur atom or an imino radical, in admixture with a solid diluent or carrier or in admixture with water containing an emulsifying agent with or without an auxiliary solvent. A specified form is an aqueous emulsion. Numerous examples of suitable active ingredients are given.
