A clutch plate is supported on an inner sleeve 1 by a metal ring 3, having a radial flange 7, connected to a trapezoidal section rubber element 2 at the latters narrow outer periphery. The inner sleeve 1 may have a shallow tooth profile to increase the connection with the rubber element 2 bonded thereto, and the ring 3 may comprise two angle-section rings spotwelded together and having long 7 and short 5 flanges for securing and centring the clutch disc.
