In an elastic-fluid turbine with an inner casing 1 and an outer casing 4, the inner casing 1 is mounted within the outer casing 4 so that the brackets 3 of the outer casing, on which brackets 2 of the inner casing are mounted, are in alignment with brackets 5 by which the outer casing 4 is mounted on its bearing pedestals 6. The inner casing brackets are supported by the outer casing brackets in such a way that the horizontal joints of both casings lie in the same plane.
