Abstract

950,028. Indicators for switches. SQUARE D CO. March 19, 1962 [May 15, 1961], No. 10373/62. Heading H2B. The push-button 11 of a switch has a plate member 24 detachably secured to its forward face by overhanging wall portions 22 engaging a resiliently displaceable portion 23 of the plate. The plate may be of coloured resilient plastics material, such as polyethylene, and various colours may be used to identify a number of different switches. The face of the plate may be moulded with a number of concentric rings or with a letter or. numeral.
