A science teaching device comprises a base member 10, having a double row of areas indiyidually set off therein, the areas 11 to 13, of the upper row presenting progressive experimental instructions and the lower row areas comprising unit groups each including a blank cover 14,15,16 and 17, hinged to the base member, a further hinged intermediate sheet, such as 18, displaying a statement of results observed and an area, such as 19, on the base board presenting an explanatory statement of the observed results. The device may be used for simple experiments in optics, magnetism or acoustics.
