945,447. Purifying exhaust and crankcase gases. AMERICAN CYANAMID CO. May 23, 1962 [Aug. 31, 1961], No. 19849/62. Heading F1B. Crankcase gases from a breather pipe 20 are mixed with the exhaust gases in a pipe 24 and the mixture passed through a catalytic purifying device 25. A Venturi may be provided in the exhaust pipe to suck the crankcase gases through pipe 20. The catalytic purifying device may be of the construction described in Specification 919,667.
