Abstract

A cellular insulating cement comprises an epoxy resin containing a filler material consisting of aluminium slivers, molybdenum sulphide or titanium sulphide in flake form. The example describes the preparation of a cellular cement from a composition comprising an epoxy resin, toluene, benzoyl peroxide and aluminium slivers.
