Abstract

Adhesive compositions used in laminating (see Group VIII) comprise a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer (35% acrylonitrile), a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-maleic acid copolymer (13% vinyl acetate, 1% maleic acid), a cyclohexanone resin, a glycerine ester of colophony or of the tall resins, and ethyl acetate. One composition contains these alone; a second contains these, polyvinyl decalyl ether and triphenylmethane triisocyanate; a third contains all of the above-mentioned and methyl glycol acetate.
