Abstract

932,472. Mattresses. SLUMBERLAND Ltd. Aug. 26, 1960 [May 28, 1959], No. 18160/59. Class 52 (4). An electrically heated overlay 10 for a mattress 14 is formed from two quilted fabric layers between which is located an electric heating element 13, the fabric having extensions 15 at each side which are secured together by tapes 16 passing under the mattress. Alternatively, Fig. 2, one extension 17 passes under the mattress and is laced to the other by cords 18 through eyelets 19.
