931,247. Bracket connection for structure members. V.R.P. SAXE. Sept. 25, 1961, No. 34216/61. Classes 20 (2) and 20 (4). An angle bracket 5 is secured to a girder 6 for relative movement thereto by means of a block 14 which can slide in the flange 10 of the bracket and is welded to the girder by a plug weld 14<SP>1</SP>. The flange 10 is apertured and contains the block 14 by an inwardly-projecting rib 12 in sliding engagement with a peripheral groove 13 in the block. A yoke 8 secured to a member 9 receives the other flange 7 of the bracket.
