Abstract
Improved dyeing qualities are obtained by adding to viscose spinning masses 0.1 to 1.0% of compounds:- <FORM:0930929/IV(a)/1> <FORM:0930929/IV(a)/2> where X and Y are oxygen or sulphur: Z is oxygen, sulphur or NR3:R2 and R3 are hydrogen, alkyl or hydroxyalkyl of at most 4 carbon atoms which hydroxyalkyl group can also contain ether or thioether atoms in which the bridging alkylene group contains at most 4 carbon atoms: the alkylene groups have 2-4 carbon atoms: R1 is a hydroxyalkyl group as in R2 and R3: n is a whole number from 6 to 12 m and q are 1 or 2 and p is 1 to 3.
