Abstract

925,659. Windscreen wipers. TRICOFOLBERTH Ltd. Oct. 16, 1959 [Oct. 17, 1958], No. 33248/58. Class 138 (1). At least one end of a windscreen wiper harness is provided with a terminal member so shaped that it will deflect away from the harness and from the windscreen any air flowing longitudinally towards the harness during operation of the wiper. The terminal member 8, which may be of resilient plastic material provided with a recess 10 to receive an end of the harness, is formed with air deflecting surfaces 16 meeting in an extension of a plane of symmetry of the harness.
