917,564. Cleaning motor vehicle windows. SPAKER, B. March 17, 1960 [March 19, 1959], No. 9552/60. Class 138 (1). Apparatus for cleaning motor vehicle windows comprises a cleaning device consisting of a porous pad 13 and squeegee strip 14 carried by a stem 10 rigid with a lid 9. Alternatively, the stem 10 extends through the lid or between the lid and the upper edge of the container. Further embodiments are described in which the members 13, 14 are pivoted to the stem so that they may be disposed parallel to the latter within the container.
