Abstract

915,640. Earth-shifting equipment. COUNTY COMMERCIAL CARS Ltd. Aug. 25, 1961 [June 10, 1960], No. 20532/60. Class 68 (1). A combined dozing and shovelling assembly for mounting on the outer ends of vertically swingable arms 13 comprises a blade 20 relatively movable with respect to an earthretaining structure 18, 19, the association being such that for dozing operations the blade can be swung through the structure to lie in front thereof and for shovelling operations it is swung back through the structure to define therewith an earth-receiving cavity. Two other preferred embodiments to the one shown are also described.
