[Also in Group XXX] A silo comprises a tank 8 having compartments 9 and an opening 10 supported in a framework of metal sections. The framework has faces 1-6 forming a generally parallelepiped shape and is supported on two feet 7 at the ends of the longest diagonal of the faces 4. An additional support 11 with a retractable foot is pivoted at 12 to the framework. A loading trough movable on the support 11 may be provided and means may be provided to tilt the silo to a horizontal position so that it can be placed on a chassis for transporting it.
