Abstract

911,737. Shoring trenches. DE LILLO, J. Jan. 12, 1961 [May 27, 1960], No. 1278/61. Class 20 (2). A shoring device for trenches comprises parallel beams such as 14 which are interconnected by cross-bars 20, 22, 24, 26 bolted thereto so as to define channels for the reception of a series of telescopic box structures 30 having positioning lugs 38, see also Fig. 4 (not shown). Box bracing means consisting of interconnected girders 50, 52 may be employed and suspended by chains 54.
