[Also in Group XXV] A shelf is made of tubes 4, 7, Fig. 4, joined together at right-angles by hook devices 1 (see Group XXV). Tubes 4, 7 engage recesses 3, 6, Fig. 1, respectively, in the devices, and each recess 6 has a slot 9 to permit the exposed surfaces of tubes 7 to lie flush with the surfaces 8 of the devices.
