904,250. Umbrella tents. SILVER & EDGINGTON Ltd., and STAINES, R. J. May 5, 1961 [May 9, 1960], No. 16343/60. Class 20(1). In an umbrella tent comprising a central post 10, and cover tensioning ribs 13 pivoted to a sleeve 11 slidable along the post 10; the sleeve is retained in the cover-tensioned position by resilient means comprising elastic loops 18, 19 interconnecting the post 10 and the sleeve. The post and ribs may be adjustable in length by a spring catch on one part co-operating with a series of holes in the adjacent part.
