Abstract

894,142. Switch cases. GRAVINER MANUFACTURING CO. Ltd., and WILKINSON SWORD Ltd. July 25, 1960 [July 25, 1959], No. 25589/59. Class 38 (5). [Also in Group XXV] A clamping strap for clamping the case 12 of a temperature responsive switch to a surface 14, comprises a metal strip formed with a saddle 10a and a pair of lugs having slats 10d, 10e for the reception of bolts or similar securing means, the saddle being initially bowed to engage the case more firmly. In another embodiment the lugs extend from the sides of the body and the saddle is bowed downwardly at its ends.
