Abstract

A device consisting of tank securing frame 1, mainframe 2, power source attachments 3, and lifting arm 5 which facilitates hay to be easily lowered into and lifted out of a soaking tank. The securing frame 1 holds the soaking tank 7 and the weight of the water in the tank provides stability for the free standing device. A vertical mainframe has a lug 3 to mount the power source 4, e.g. a hydraulic ram and a pivot 6 for the lifting arm 5 which also has a lug 3 for the power source and pivot to fit the mainframe as well as a device 9 to attach the container of hay to; the hay may be held in a net. <IMAGE>
