Abstract
891,723. Bollards. ACIERIES & FONDERIES DU DOUBS S.A., and ICARD, G. Oct. 3, 1958 [March 26, 1958], No. 31612/58. Class 113. A bollard comprising a hollow base 1 having a circular opening 3 in its top wall, an apertured flange- 9 projecting about and level with the top wall, a removable stem 11 seated in said opening, and a sole plate 19 integral with the stem overlying the base and flange, has the stem secured to the base by bolts in apertures 10 in the sole plate and flange. The sole plate and base constitute a rectangular body for positioning flush with masonry blocks of the same dimensions in the quay construction.
