Abstract

Orally administrable compositions in unit dosage form, e.g. a tablet or capsule, useful in the treatment of acne, comprise a pharmaceutical carrier in admixture with from 250 mg. to 1000 mg. of 2-p-methoxybenzenesulphonamide-5-iso or tert-butyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 851,277.
