Abstract

886,206. Reservoir floor polishers. RAVEN BROS. Ltd. July 3, 1959 [Aug. 25, 1958], No. 22844/59. Class 19. The floor polisher consists of a base 21, a pad 5 of resilient foam material mounted on the underside of the base, an open topped container 2 on the upper side of the base and in communication with the pad, a plunger 11 slidable within the container 2, a threaded control member 14 rotably mounted on the base and engaging a screw threaded portion 13 of the plunger 12, and a handle 24 connected to the control member 14 so as to be hingedly but not rotatably movable with respect to the control member so that said member can be rotated by the handle to cause the plunger to slide axially within the container to force polish from the container to the pad.
