Abstract

875,500. Drop-moulding machines. STAMICARBON N.V. May 3, 1960 [May 5, 1959], No. 15634/60. Class 87(2). Perforated cups 3a, 3b, which contain a molten substance to be granulated by dropping through the perforations and down a tower 1, are mounted on a frame which may be rotated about a column 8 to allow one cup to be cleaned at 20 while another is in operation. The cups may be raised and lowered on wheels 21, 22 by hand wheels 15a, chains 16a, and counterweights 18a. The cups are rotated by a motor 7.
