Class 3(2) [Also in Group XV] An advertising device or toy comprises a body or article composed of synthetic resin and formed by shaping and appropriate colouration of the resin to simulate a drinking glass, bottle or like container with a content of liquid. The body may be solid or hollow or composed of a combination of solid and hollow components secured together. A simulation of a filled glass of beer includes a section of opaque 'creamcoloured resin representative of froth. A stem and/or flange composed of transparent synthetic resin may be attached to the underside of a solid body representing a drinking glass. The body may be moulded to the finished shape or finished by turning. The finished articles may bear advertising matter and be ornamented. Phenol-formaldehyde resins with added colouring matter are specified.
