Abstract

867,888. Buttons. KOH-I-NOOR PRAHA, SPOJENE KOVOPRUMYSLOVE ZAVODY NARODNI PODNIK. Sept. 23, 1958 [Sept. 25, 1957], No. 30338/58. Class 43 A two part button comprises a top part 1 having a central cavity 4 with a resilient projecting portion 5 of pentagonal cross-section and a bottom part 2 with a stem position and a point 3 being engageable with and retained by the projecting portion one or both of the portions being chamfered such that the top and bottom parts can be separated. The neck portion 6 may be polygonal or circular. The resilience of the projecting portion 5 may be increased by providing an annular recess 7 in the head or the neck may be reduced in the region of the projecting portion. The cavity 4 may be closed at the top. The top part of the button may be made of resilient material.
