867,533. Wardrobe cases. GILCHRIST & FISHER Ltd. Nov. 7, 1958 [Nov. 7, 1957], No. 34734/57. Class 133. A wardrobe suitcase which can be hung up and opened out as shown is made with a top formed of parallel slats 1 having their opposed side edges located closely together and covered with flexible material 2 which allows them to hinge relatively to each other. The side 4 is released from its marginal portions 4a by a zip fastener which also releases the top from adhacent flange parts 6 ; in a modification, the end of the slats 1 may rest upon these parts 6. When the case is being carried the top assumes a rounded form which sheds rain.
