Abstract

864,942. Multi-deck trays. RYAN, N. W. June 18, 1959 [June 21, 1958], No. 19933/58. Class 52(3). Trays which can be assembled in multi-tiered arrangement are each provided with supports having legs 14, 15 connected by a cross member 16 with U-shaped elements 19 to engage the upper tray, the supports being secured to the lower tray by eyes 17 forming hinges so the supports can be folded into the tray when not in use. Locking members 20 on legs 14, 15 engage upper wires 12b of the tray, there being sufficient slack in hinges 17 to allow engagement. (For figure see next column.)
