Disc brakes are provided in a motor vehicle having a front wheel drive, wherein the disc 1 is secured to the hub 4 of the wheel. The disc is integrally formed with a tubular portion 3 having lugs 5 through which pass the road wheel studs 6. The brakes may be hydraulically operated. Specification 808,807 is referred to.
