An adjustable support in a poultry feeding apparatus comprises a . pair of upstanding legs 7 provided with a series of pairs of opposed apertures 8 and a wire support 5 which supports the trough 13 and is provided with two lateral projections 4 which are sprung into a pair of apertures by means of finger grips 6. As shown the wire support 5 is secured to a connecting trough 10 which has secured to its sides a pair of vertical channels 12 which engage the sides of the legs 7.
