Abstract

A therapeutic composition comprising as its active ingredients isoniazid and an acetylation inhibitor and being a modification of the composition claimed in the parent Specification and characterised in that the acetylation inhibitor employed is p-aminosalicylamide, gentisamide N,1N1-diethylsulphanilamide or p amino-benzoic acid. In the case of p-aminosalicylamide, the inhibitor is used in proportions of 5 to 15 times the weight of the isoniazid.
