[Also in Group XX] The iris diaphragm 2 in front of a camera controlling photo-cell 1 is automatically adjusted, on insertion of a filter 11, for the multiplication factor of the filter. A filter mount 11a is retained in a slot 10a on the camera housing 10 by a balltype detent 12. The rod 14 is actuated by the insertion of the filter mount and moves the arm 4b, against the resistance of the spring 8, to rotate the iris-adjusting ring 4. The amount of light reaching the photo-cell is thus regulated to correspond with the filter factor. The iris is additionally manually operated in accordance with film sensitivity and exposure time, by rotation of the other iris ring 3.
