Abstract

In making tablets, granules containing pharmaceutical agent are mixed with granules containing sweetening agent, the mixture is blended with a flavouring agent and a hydrophilic starch and compressed into tablets. A binding agent may be included. The invention is particularly directed to the production of vitamin or of anti-histamine tablets.
