Class 100(2) An offset-printing member for transferring a design from an inked engraved plate to articles whose surfaces are curved or irregular comprises a support d, and a hollow cup-shaped member c of resilient material secured to the support so as to confine a completely enclosed space, the member c being capable of retaining its shape without inflation and the space containing sufficient incompressible fluid e to fill it without subjecting the material of the member c to substantially more tension than results from the weight of the fluid. The member c may be reinforced by strips, strings or threads a, b of pliable inelastic material. The fluid may be water or a thin jelly.
