Abstract

A high conductivity bronze contains:- .Cu.94-96% .Sn.0.75-1.25% .P.0.25% max .Pb.0.05% max .Impurities.0.01% max Zn the balance.ALSO:The process of fabricating a hollow article from a blank having an unjoined inner portion defined by walls having different elastic limits comprises expanding said unjoined portion by applying therein a force to distend one of said walls beyond its elastic limit but less than that required to distend said other wall beyond its elastic limit whereby upon release of said pressure said article is permanently distended on one side and smooth on the other side. The blank may comprise two plastic sheets joined together except for an unjoined inner configuration or a plastic sheet jointed to a metal sheet.
