843,271. Metal rectifier assembly. WESTINGHOUSE BRAKE & SIGNAL CO. Ltd., and WALKER, A. H. B. May 21, 1958 [May 21, 1957], No. 16065/57. Addition to 809,418. Class 37. A metal rectifier assembly as claimed in parent Specification is provided with a metal cooling fin member in the form shown in Fig. 1 to form a channel along each longitudinal edge of the rectifier assembly 1 through which a gaseous coolant may flow. Preferably the cooling member is of aluminium. The rectifier is secured to the cooling member by screws which may be also used to mount the assembly.
