835,786. Temperature sensitive materials, THORN ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. May 28, 1958 [March 21, 1957], No. 9350/57. Class 97(3) A material, of which the colour is temperature sensitive, comprises a mixture of not less than 50% by weight of ammonium meta-vanadate and not less than 1% by weight of zinc oxide. This material can be made in the form of paint, laquer or crayon and three examples are given in which the material is thickened to a paintlike consistency by adding a solution of nitrocellulose in butyl acetate.
