Abstract
Nylon filament material for the formation of bundles of filaments that may be dispersed to provide a "cloud" capable of reflecting radio waves (sec Group XL (c)) is made conductive by being loaded with metal particles. Preferably, colloidal silver is used and incorporated in the plastic before the formation of the filaments which may have a diameter of 0.0035 inch.
