Abstract
831,739. Elastic fabrics. ANSONIA MILLS Inc. July 24, 1957 [July 31, 1956], No. 23401/57. Addition to 811,308. Class 142(4) The fabric claimed in the parent Specification is woven so that the covered rubber weft is under a greater tension than the base rubber weft when the fabric is relaxed, and so that picks of the two wefts contract to about the same length if removed from the fabric. The binding points of the floats of bare weft are preferably formed by two warp threads (instead of one as in the parent Specification).
