Class 143 Arms 41-48 are operated in pairs by manually operable cams 52-59 either to deposit annular weights 29-32 on a carrier 16, 17, 22, 23 supported by beam 10, or to lift the weights into engagement with a stationary bar 50 provided with weight located notches. Each pair of arms engages its associated weight on a diameter perpendicular to the diameter engaged by bar 50.
