Abstract

825,434. Non-drip pourers. LERP, W. Feb. 12, 1957 [Feb. 15, 1956 ; April 18, 1956], No. 4801/57. Class 66. A non-drip pouring device has at its outlet a flange 2 provided with evenly spaced slots 3, the width of which engenders capillarity in the liquid being used. In a modification (not shown) the slots 3 are wedge-shaped. A closure plate 6. see Fig. 5, may be connected to the flange 2 by strips 7 leaving an annular gap 8 ; this prevents refilling.
