814,691. Folding furniture underframes. ANDERSAY ENGINEERING CO. Ltd. Feb. 3, 1958 [Feb. 13, 1957], No. 4946/57. Class 52(3) An ironing table has legs 2, 3 each pair being of U-form, pivotally connected together at 7, the legs 2 being hinged to the top 1 and legs 3 being connected by a cross-bar 8 engageable in one of a number of retaining members 9, its range of movement being defined by a retaining strip of webbing 11 secured between a member 10 and bracket 12. The webbing may be replaced by a plastic coated wire or expanding coiled wire.
