Class 43 [Also in Group XXV] A link for a linked structure comprises an apertured flat disc 18 of resilient thermoplastic material connected by a thickened arm 21 to a flanged plug 22 which is pressed into engagement with the aperture 19 of a similar link a flange 24 of the plug and periphery of the aperture flexing axially. The circular plug has lower and upper flanges 23, 24 which engage, the periphery of an aperture. The plugs and apertures may have various shapes such as square or elliptical. A link may carry additional arms with a plug or aperture. Two links may be combined to form one link by uniting the apertured discs. The aperture of a link may have an integral dome-shaped cover. Links comprising two plugs or apertured discs joined by an arm may be combined with the other links The shank of a plug may be lengthened to accommodate more than one apertured disc.
