810,524. Securing mouldings &c. COWDROY, T. C. Oct. 16, 1956 [Oct. 18, 1955], No. 31422/56. Class 20(4) [Also in Groups XIV and XXV] A securing device for retaining cover strips or mouldings in position upon surfaces or structural members comprises, as shown, a flexible member 15, circular or rectangular in shape, mounted on a support 11 and held in place by a screw 12 securing the support to a structural member 13. The cover strips 10 are of channel section and are disposed across the adjacent edges 16, 17 of panels 14, the edges 19 of the flanges 18 of the strips being curved to flex the member 15 by passage of the strip over the member whereby the latter grips the inner surfaces 20 of the flanges.
