Abstract
806,476. Fuel injection pumps. SIMMS MOTOR UNITS Ltd., and MIRACKI, Z. S. June 7, 1957 [July 26, 1956], No. 23167/56. Class 102(1). [Also in Group XXIV] An internal cam ring, 11, Fig. 1, for a fuel injection pump of the kind described in Specification 799,355 is made up of two or more sections 16-19 secured together. The sections may be formed equal and cut from a strip as shown in Fig. 2, which may be extruded and then ground to profile. Semi-circular channels 21 are formed along the sections to make up holes 23 when assembled to receive securing rods.
