Class 52(2): A rotatable oscillatory seat for use with pedal operated machinery has a seat part a provided with a spindle a<SP>1</SP> pivotally accommodated within a housing b<SP>1</SP> formed at the upper end of an inclined arm b, a housing b<SP>2</SP> formed at the lower end of arm b being rotatably mounted about a vertical pin c mounted between a base frame d and a cranked plate e secured to the base frame which is secured to the ground by rag bolts d<SP>2</SP>. A vertical web e<SP>1</SP> forms an abutment for a forked flange b<SP>3</SP> projecting from housing b<SP>2</SP> and serves to limit the swing of arm b.
